Dear Ally,

Would you consider interviewing me for your radio program?

I’m a work-at-home mom with two boys. I also write for three local parenting magazines (Upstate Parent. Low Country Parent & Palmetto Parent, circ 250,000).

I’m contacting you because I’m trying to get the word out about my new book called “Train Your Brain, Transform Your Life: How to Conquer ADHD In 60 Days, Without Ritalin.”

My book is about an INVENTION that changed my life-- a home-based “brain training” machine. (It’s something that will help teenagers as well)

The machine enables you to practice + master the “Rhythm of Peak Performance.” Yes, it's the rhythm of a person who is optimally concentrating, being organized and getting things done. You can practice this rhythm until you master it. It's like they say, "practice makes perfect, and repitition creates mastery."

The machine teaches you the Rhythm of Peak Performance, which was discovered by neuroscientist Barry Sterman in 1968, and is currently used in neurofeedback clinics across the country. However, the media has not reported on it much because there is so much money to be made with drugs.

The machine enables you to practice the “Rhythm of Peak Performance” in the comfort of your own home, without ever stepping foot inside a clinic.

The machine is actually a 60-day protocol for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). It includes headphones, special eyeglasses, and a control box with preprogrammed sessions. It only takes 22 minutes a day to train your brain and transform your life.

Did you know that six out of every ten people have ADHD? With this machine, you can create new neural pathways in your brain for peak performance. Your brain actually tells your ADHD to "beat it" because it's not welcome anymore! Your ADHD is like a coward who has lost the fight. Plus, your old ADHD brain map is no longer used. Your new neural pathways become stronger, and your old ADHD ways (distraction, disorganization, restless energy, etc.) FADE AWAY. Now you can access your new state of mind, which is peak performance. As a result, your ability to concentrate, focus, listen, read and remember improves-- and your life is transformed.

It’s a terrific way for childrnen, teens and adults to conquer ADHD naturally, without drugs.

I’d love to come on your program. If you’re interested, please follow-up with me.

Also, if you’d like to read a sample chapter of my book, check out my website: http://www.TrainYourBrainTransformYourLife.com/

Thanks for much for your time; I hope we can connect soon!

All the best
